DCM provides professional legal videography services. With thirteen years’ experience in legal video, there’s no assignment we can’t handle.

Deposition Video: We arrive on time, create excellent video and our presence is never obtrusive. We simultaneously record a backup video, and provide an audio tape for the court reporter, free of charge. We can supply you with copies on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, VHS or other formats, and offer synchronizing for TrialDirector, LiveNote, Sanction and others. Our videographers are California Notaries Public for doctor’s and expert’s depositions, as required under the California Code of Civil procedures sec. 2025.

No charge for day-before cancellations, no travel charges within the greater Bay Area, Sacramento or Monterey areas. Call to schedule your video deposition now: (415) 374-1571, or email info@digitalcasemanagement.com. (We recommend calling to confirm your schedule.)

Inspections: Vehicle and site inspection video allows you to bring into the courtroom evidence that often just can’t be transported. Our videographer will accompany you or your expert to the location and make an accurate record of the situation in the building, on the construction site, with the vehicle or whatever needs documenting. We will work closely with officials at the scene, engineers and attorneys to deliver the best possible images that tell the whole story.

Demonstrations: You may want to demonstrate how a device or machine works, but doing so live in court carries great complications and risk, or is just not possible. Our videographer will work with the attorneys, technicians and equipment operators to make a complete and accurate record of whatever needs demonstrating; equipment, machine or natural feature. DCM’s scientific and mechanical savvy means we can plan with you the best way to record and edit your demonstration.

Life Documentary (“Day-In-The-Life”): If your client has been injured or disabled, you case may benefit from a Life Documentary, or a “Day-in-the-Life” video. This kind of video is about showing a jury what it is like to live day-to-day, to be this person. We can focus on the simple activities like getting out of bed, fixing a meal and going to work or school, scheduled treatments like physical therapy or exams, or more personal touches like interviews and family gatherings. We can also incorporate any existing footage from before the alleged accident or injury, to provide a contrast.

Seminar Videography: Have you ever wanted to present your slideshow seminar just once, but show it again and again, all over the world or on the web? DCM will videotape your training seminar or other presentation event, and provide you with a Digital Video Slideshow that incorporates the speaker, your PowerPoint slideshow plus any other visual aids the speaker used.
