Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing

Two Options for Different Needs

Oftentimes you need to be in two places at once. Sometimes you’d rather not - or can’t - travel for a deposition. These are times when you need video conferencing. DCM has two options for you.

Live Streaming Video Conferencing via Internet
Using LiveNote Stream™

Features:

Participate in a live deposition from any location with an internet connection. LiveNote Streamô broadcasts - in realtime - the audio, video, and text from live events to any participant you authorize. DCM and your court reporter can transmit the transcript text and the deposition video to remote observers, and enable the entire legal team - local and remote - to discuss the strategies via the text-based internet messaging module.

We will work with your real-time court reporter, or recommend one in the area. For full details, call DCM.

Traditional Videoconferencing

Features:

Traditional videoconferencing is appropriate when you need back and forth communication between both sites, such as when you are taking the deposition in one city, and the witness is in another. You’ll get a higher quality video image with traditional videoconferencing over live streaming video.

DCM can arrange a videoconference setup at off-site locations, away from the usual conference centers, if needed. An appropriate internet connection is required. Or, we have a videoconference facility in San Francisco to use, if that suits your purposes. Call DCM for full details, or to schedule a videoconference.
